We are committed to delivering high-quality vocal presets and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that all products sold on VoxTune are digital downloads, and for this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked, which means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in most cases.
Exceptions may be made only in the following situations:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product and version

  • Incorrect version selection (e.g., selecting the Logic Pro X version instead of FL Studio) — in such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and do not use or open the downloaded files

Important information for consumers from the European Union:
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing a digital product in our store and gaining immediate access to it (e.g., by downloading the file), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund.
