1. General Information
This website is operated by VoxTune. By accessing or using our website (https://vox-tune.com), or purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and content contributors.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
2. Digital Products
All products sold through VoxTune are digital goods, such as vocal presets, delivered electronically (by download or email). There is no physical shipping.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased presets for your personal or professional audio production.
Resale, redistribution, or sharing of these files is strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable VAT (if required).
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other integrated methods.
Access to the product is granted immediately after successful payment.
4. No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Delivery)
According to EU and Polish consumer law, digital content delivered immediately after purchase is non-refundable if the buyer agrees to the immediate delivery and waives the right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase on VoxTune, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the files are made available for download.
5. Refund Policy (Exceptions Only)
As a rule, all sales are final. However, we may accept refund requests only in the following limited cases:

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product/version.

Accidental wrong version selection (e.g., Logic Pro X version instead of FL Studio), only if the product was not downloaded or accessed.
To request a refund in such cases, please contact us at voxtune.contact@gmail.com with your order number.
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing a digital product in our store and gaining immediate access to it (e.g., by downloading the file), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund.
6. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information so we can process your order correctly.
We reserve the right to refuse any order we deem fraudulent or suspicious.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including presets, text, visuals, logos, and descriptions, is the intellectual property of VoxTune and is protected by copyright law.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary to process your orders or to contact you if needed.
9. Liability
VoxTune shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, technical errors, or data loss.
Our products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with Polish law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
